Shipping

Kenaishoes.com works hard to make sure your purchase is shipped to you as quickly and safely as possible.  Provided we have all items in stock, your purchase should reach you within 3-5 business days if you live within the continental United States.  International orders as well as orders to Army Post Office (APO) addresses, Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Shipping Costs
Ground shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. 

You can elect to expedite the delivery of your order.  Expedited orders placed before 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped on the same day provided we are able to obtain credit card authorization.  All other orders will be shipped the following business day.  Please note that orders placed on or around weekends and holidays may extend the shipping time slightly.  

Shipping Carriers
Ground shipping and priority shipping will be predominately through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  UPS, Fedex, DHL and the USPS will be used for all other types of shipping.   

Order Tracking
To track your order, simply click on the My Account link located on the Kenaishoes.com website.  After you log on, you will be able to view information about your order as well as previous orders.

Orders placed on Kenaishoes.com may be delivered via several shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering the order.

Occasionally, orders are delivered by a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.  In these instances, your order history on Kenaishoes.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.

Item Availability
We do everything we can to fill your order completely. At times, certain items in your order may be out of stock or no longer available. If this should occur, we will let you know via email in order to verify how you would like to proceed with your order.
