Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Kenai meets your high standards or you can return or exchange it at no cost to you.
You can return any purchase made from Kenai or Kenaishoes.com for size, fit, or style reasons.
The shipping costs to return purchases made at Kenaishoes.com are absolutely free.
The only requirements for returns are that the purchase be returned in the original packaging within 60 days of the purchase date and that the returned items have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Return Instructions
To return a purchase, please contact us at (970) 485-3074 for details. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the product price plus any applicable taxes.
Please note that Kenai is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Return Credits
Kenai will do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Credits for returned items will be posted to the credit card used to purchase the product. At times it may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a purchase made at Kenaishoes.com, simply call us at (970) 485-3074 to place an exchange order. The order will be shipped free of charge via ground shipping. At the time the exchange order is placed, your credit card will be charged for the new product.
Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the original product price provided the returned purchase has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Damaged or Defective Items
When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton, as well as the products within, for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton itself to show some wear.
We check every product to ensure there is no damage or defects prior to shipping. However, if you should receive a damaged or defective product, contact Kenai Shoes at (970) 485-3074 within 14 days of delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to fix or exchange the item in a timely manner.
Warranty
Kenai takes pride in everything we make and sell. All items purchased from Kenai Shoes.com are covered under a 365 day warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This is not a guarantee against normal or abusive product wear and tear. If an item purchased from us is defective, please contact us at (970) 485-3074. If the item was purchased during the previous 365 days, we will make every reasonable effort to fix or exchange the item in a timely manner.
